Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk in Argentina to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the local entity. You will handle reconciliations, records, vendor payments, and assist with monthly cash flow preparation.

You will coordinate with external accounting firms, support month-end and year-end closings, track tax deadlines, and help with audits. Flexible schedule and home-based position are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration required.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in accounting systems and controls.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations per policy.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and schedule related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and assist audits.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May perform tasks for other foreign entities.
