Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting for the Argentina entity. The role will assist with reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow, and coordination with external firms to ensure accurate, timely reporting.

The candidate should have a Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration with at least 3 years of professional accounting experience and intermediate to advanced English.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support the timely scheduling of related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May also perform tasks within the team involving other Foreign entities.
