Job summary

Indero is hiring a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting for the Argentina entity. You will handle reconciliations, vendor payments, monthly cash flow preparation, audit support, and coordination with external firms to ensure compliant reporting.

Requires 3+ years in accounting, a Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration, and intermediate to advanced English. A flexible, home-based schedule is offered with opportunities for ongoing learning and development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in accounting or business administration.
• Minimum 3 years of professional accounting experience.
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred.
• Intermediate to advanced English level.
• Strong understanding of general accounting principles and practices.

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure ledger consistency.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations.
• Monitor tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and schedule related payments.
• Assist auditors and support annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal procedures and controls.
• May assist with tasks for other foreign entities.
