Job summary

Indero is seeking a Part-Time Accounting Clerk to support day-to-day accounting and finance operations for the Argentina entity. The role includes bank reconciliations, month-end close support, vendor payments, audits, and coordination with external firms to ensure compliant reporting.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor degree in accounting or business administration, at least 3 years of accounting experience, and intermediate to advanced English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Accounting or Business Administration
• Minimum of 3 years of professional accounting experience
• Experience in multi-country or multinational environments preferred
• Intermediate to advanced English level

Responsibilities

• Perform bank reconciliations and validate financial transactions.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts and ensure consistency across ledgers.
• Record and review accounting entries and allocations in accordance with internal policies.
• Monitor and manage tax withholdings and perceptions.
• Coordinate and support monthly and year-end closing activities.
• Liaise with external accounting firms for reporting and compliance.
• Support day-to-day accounting operations for the Argentina entity.
• Track tax deadlines and support the timely scheduling of related payments.
• Prepare information requested by external auditors and follow up on the annual audit process.
• Schedule vendor payments and employee expense reimbursements.
• Ensure adherence to internal accounting procedures and controls.
• May also perform tasks within the team involving other Foreign entities.
