You will manage daily operations, optimize performance, and collaborate with creative teams to deploy new assets and messaging.

Ideal candidates have 4-5+ years in paid media, with strong Google Ads expertise and experience managing large monthly budgets.

Qualifications

• 4-5+ years of experience, primarily in Paid Search.
• Experience in Paid Social, Programmatic, or both.
• Platform expertise: Google Ads.
• Familiarity with Bing, Meta, and DSP platforms.
• Experience managing paid media budgets above 100k per month.
• Experience driving paid media strategy and testing.
• Excellent client communication and reporting skills.
• Strong ability to own projects end-to-end.
• Proficient with MS Office Suite and Google Workspace.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end management of designated paid media accounts.
• Meet pacing and KPI requirements for held accounts.
• Own Paid Search strategy, ideation, road mapping, and testing.
• Collaborate with Account Managers and Media Supervisor to align goals.
• Identify opportunities to expand media coverage for new accounts.
• Learn new strategies, test new platforms, and expand offerings.
• Serve as primary contact for owned accounts, ensuring pacing and performance.
• Generate reporting, insights, and client communications.
• Maintain held accounts with optimizations and updates.
• Design and deploy tests monthly and quarterly across channels.
• Continuously test, verify, and improve full-funnel structures.
