Job summary

Dentsu Argentina's offshore team in Buenos Aires is seeking a Manager, Paid Social to lead strategy, execution, and analysis of campaigns on Paid Social platforms. You will set objectives, monitor results, prepare reports, optimize campaigns, and oversee billing while fostering strong client relationships.

You will work with the Offshore Team, collaborate with media partners, and participate in weekly virtual meetings to ensure consistent, high-quality service for clients.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in paid media or digital marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing/advertising/analytics is valued.
• Proficiency in Paid Social Meta Ads and other platforms.
• Strong data analysis and Excel skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Define strategic guidelines and meet KPIs under supervision.
• Monitor campaign performance and ensure KPI achievement.
• Possibly supervise junior members handling implementation.
• Prepare reports and analyze data on results.
• Provide optimization recommendations based on data.
• Build strong relationships with teams and clients through clear communication.
• Collaborate to create and execute media plans with consistency across channels.
• Participate in offshore team meetings and Buenos Aires office activities.
