Visa Corporate IT (CIT) is transforming to deliver world-class onsite technical support for staff. The Onsite Technical Support Associate will handle workstation and endpoint issues across Windows and Mac OS, mobile devices, collaboration tools, and Microsoft 365.

You will balance hands-on troubleshooting with proactive improvements, focusing on root cause resolution and automation to reduce ticket volume. Visa emphasises customer service and continuous learning in a global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or 3+ years relevant work experience.
• Experience supporting Windows and Mac OS in an enterprise environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools.
• Demonstrated scripting/automation experience to reduce manual tasks.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide 2nd-level support for workstation, endpoint, and mobile incidents/requests.
• Support Windows, Mac OS, Microsoft 365, peripherals, and security tooling.
• Create and maintain scripts/automations to enable self-service and automation.
• Maintain incident records in the ITSM tool (ServiceNow).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve reliability.
