HCLTech in Buenos Aires, Argentina seeks an experienced deskside/onsite IT Engineer to install, configure, and troubleshoot PCs, laptops, printers, and peripherals across offices. You will load software, set up Outlook, VPN, Wi‑Fi, and backups, and provide frontline hardware and software support to end users.

The role requires 5+ years of hands-on experience, strong knowledge of Windows and macOS, MS Office/O365, AD/Exchange, SCCM/Intune, and familiarity with ITIL processes.

Formación

• Minimum 5yrs hands on deskside/onsite support experience.
• Strong Windows 10 and macOS installation and troubleshooting.
• Proficient with Office 365, Outlook and Exchange/AD basics.
• Solid hardware, software, and networking knowledge.
• Experience with SCCM, Autopilot and InTune deployments.
• Familiarity with ITIL processes and ticketing tools.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Provide deskside/onsite IT support for PCs and peripherals.
• Install software, configure Outlook, VPN, Wi-Fi, and backups.
• Diagnose and repair hardware/software issues; reimage as needed.
• Maintain CMDB accuracy and create KB articles.
• Adhere to SLAs and ITIL incident/problem/change workflows.
• Coordinate with OEM vendors for hardware issues.
• Document processes and assist end users with guidance.
