Qualifications

Excellent written and verbal English communication; ability to work with US-based and cross-functional stakeholders.
Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple requests in a high-volume environment.
Strong computer literacy and working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
Analytical and problem-solving skills to investigate issues and identify root causes.
Ability to learn new systems, applications, processes, and technical concepts quickly.

Responsibilities

Support end-to-end onboarding of clients and communities from intake through production launch.
Configure community and client information across internal systems.
Manage tickets, priorities, and deliverables while meeting SLAs.
Coordinate with Business, Operations, IT/development, and other teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
Perform user acceptance testing, regression testing, audits, and maintenance to support launches.
Troubleshoot service and system issues and coordinate timely resolution.
