Job summary

Assurant, Inc. is seeking an Associate Operations Analyst to support client and community onboarding from intake through production launch. You will configure information across internal systems, coordinate with Business, Operations, and IT partners, and test solutions to ensure accurate, timely implementations.

This role offers exposure to operations, systems testing, analytics, and stakeholder management in a fast-paced environment, with structured hands-on training from the team.

Qualifications

• Up to 2 years of relevant operations, implementation, or production support experience.
• Strong written and verbal English with US-based stakeholders.
• Attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage high volumes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and general computer literacy.
• Willingness to learn new systems and processes quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Operations, Technology, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end onboarding of clients and communities from intake to launch.
• Configure client information across internal systems and applications.
• Manage tickets and priorities while meeting SLAs and escalating risks early.
• Coordinate with Business, Operations, IT, and other teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Perform user acceptance testing, regression testing, and audits for high-quality launches.
• Maintain documentation and onboarding reporting for leadership.
