Job summary

Assurant is seeking an Associate Operations Analyst to support client onboarding for the Renters business. You will configure information across internal systems, coordinate with business and IT partners, test solutions, troubleshoot issues, and ensure timely, accurate implementations.

This role is ideal for an early-career professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to develop skills in operations, systems, testing, analytics, and stakeholder management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal English communication across cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail with ability to manage multiple requests under deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end onboarding of clients and communities from intake to production launch.
• Configure client and community information across internal systems and applications.
• Manage tickets, priorities, and deliverables while meeting service-level expectations.
• Coordinate with Business, Operations, IT/development and other teams to resolve issues.
• Perform user acceptance testing and regression testing for high-quality launches.
• Maintain documentation and onboarding reporting for leadership and daily huddles.
