Job summary

Trinetix in Argentina is seeking a skilled NOC Engineer to monitor and troubleshoot network services, spanning IP and transmission platforms (xWDM). You will own incidents from detection to restoration, coordinate with third parties, and document root cause analyses.

English proficiency is mandatory; interviews in English. This role offers flexible hours and a supportive, international environment with exposure to global clients.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years in a NOC or similar environment.
• Strong troubleshooting across IP and transmission platforms.
• Experience with TCP/IP, MPLS, BGP, QoS, xWDM technologies.

Responsibilities

• Monitor the network across IP and transmission platforms, including xWDM, and underlying infrastructure.
• Act on alarms for service-impacting and potential issues.
• Troubleshoot faults/outages across relevant platforms to restore services.
