Formación
- 3-5+ years of experience in a Network Operations Center (NOC) or similar environment.
- Strong technical expertise in network troubleshooting across IP and/or transmission platforms.
- CCNP Enterprise level knowledge (for IP-focused roles) or equivalent practical experience.
Responsabilidades
- Monitor the network across IP and transmission platforms.
- Act on alarms indicating service-impacting issues.
- Initiate and perform troubleshooting of faults and outages.
