TransPerfect is seeking a Payroll Analyst to support bi-weekly and monthly payrolls for over 3,000 employees in the US and Canada. You will handle deductions, garnishments, and year-end processes while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and 2+ years of payroll experience; Workday experience is preferred. Join a team supporting payroll across multiple states with opportunities to improve processes.

Formación

• BA degree required.
• Excellent English skills, written and verbal.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills under deadline pressure.
• Minimum 2 years of direct payroll experience.
• Workday experience preferred.
• Computer literacy to include MS Office and payroll software.

Responsabilidades

• Processes weekly & bi-weekly payroll, reports, reconciliations, year-end procedures and W-2s for multi-state employees.
• Ensures accurate processing of deductions, garnishments, direct deposits, 401K loans, etc.
• Responds to inquiries and verifications for unemployment and payroll data.
• Maintains records, documents procedures, and prepares management reports.
• Ensures compliance with Federal, State and Local payroll laws.
• Ensures compliance with company payroll policies.
• Processes weekly, bi-weekly, special compensation, commission and bonus checks with accuracy.
• Counsels and resolves employee payroll issues.
• Creates and analyzes reports as needed.
• Keeps current in payroll trends and regulations.
• Performs special projects or duties when required.
