Job summary

Belong is seeking a Move-In Specialist who owns the handoff from signed lease to active resident. The role ensures the home is spotless, rekeyed, documented, and ready, turning a lease into a relationship and delivering a VIP welcome every time.

You verify in-person standards, greet residents and homeowners with warmth and clarity, coordinate pre-move-in preparation, manage the 30-day follow-up, and hand off a confident, informed resident to the Concierge team.

Qualifications

• 0–3 years in hospitality, operations, customer experience, or related fields.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfort with digital tools and documentation, CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate pre-move-in preparation: deep cleaning verification, key handoff, appliance checks, documentation.
• Verify homes meet Open Standards in person.
• Execute the resident welcome and homeowner introduction.
• Manage the 30-day follow-up to ensure residents are settled and satisfied.
