Belong, the operating system for rental homeownership, seeks a senior leader to own the member experience after onboarding. You will oversee Concierge, Member Support, and Home Occupancy, shaping standards and scalable processes for homeowners and residents.

You will coach managers, handle escalations, and drive continuous improvement with AI-enabled workflows, aiming to boost renewals, occupancy, and trust across the two stakeholder groups.

Formación

• 5+ years leading hospitality or member-facing operations.
• 2+ years direct people management, including managers.
• Experience linking service quality to retention and satisfaction.
• Fluent in English and Spanish across locations.
• Experience implementing AI-enabled workflows is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Own the function maintaining Belong's relationship with homeowners and residents.
• Set day-to-day member experience standards; ensure proactive execution.
• Lead Member Support, Home Occupancy, and related teams to scale.
• Coach managers, review escalations, and improve processes.
• Drive metrics on renewals, occupancy, satisfaction, and trust.
