Qualifications

• Advanced English proficiency with excellent verbal communication skills.
• Near-neutral accent and strong conversational fluency.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Commercial mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and build rapport.
• Excellent interpersonal and active listening skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Prefer 6 months to 1 year of sales, SDR, appointment-setting, telemarketing, or call center experience.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound calls.
• Experience working with U.S.-based customers.
• CRM experience preferred but not required.
