Job summary

ROGII Latin America is seeking a Geologist/Geoscience specialist to join our team in Buenos Aires. The role focuses on 24/7 well monitoring and geosteering, real-time data interpretation, and close collaboration with clients.

You will support planning, execution, and post-drilling activities, provide technical assistance, and deliver presentations. Fluency in English and Spanish is valued, and relocation to Buenos Aires is expected.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Geology or related Geoscience field.
Experience with wellsite operations or geosteering.
Proficient in data analysis and subsurface datasets.

Responsibilities

24/7 Well Monitoring and Geosteering: supervise and direct well geosteering to ensure precise placement.
Real-Time Data Interpretation: analyze real-time LWD and MWD data for immediate decisions.
Technical Support in Planning and Execution: assist planning, execution and post-drilling activities.
Coordination and Communication: maintain clear communication with project specialists and team lead.
Data and Reporting Management: maintain daily well reporting and data availability across Rogii apps.
User and Client Support: provide technical assistance by phone/email as required, including off-hours.
Technical Presentations: prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations to clients.
Other Related Duties: perform additional tasks as needed.
