Job summary

Syngenta seeks a Customer Operations & Master Data Specialist in Vicente López, BA, to manage customer orders and master data across LATAM South. You will ensure accurate data processing, timely deliveries and SLA compliance while collaborating with Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics and IT.

The role requires advanced study or graduation in business-adjacent fields, experience in customer operations, and fluent Spanish/English, with a strong eye for detail and cross-functional communication.

Qualifications

• Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Economics, Information Systems, Supply Chain or related.
• Experience in customer operations, order management or master data administration.
• Strong attention to detail and multi-tasking in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; cross-cultural collaboration experience.
• Customer-first mindset with proactive problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Create and update customer master records in SAP/Salesforce and other systems.
• Validate requests for completeness and approvals per local and global standards.
• Manage customer orders end-to-end in SAP with SLA compliance.
• Monitor backlog and deliveries; coordinate with Commercial, Planning, Logistics.
• Resolve issues, discrepancies, returns and escalations through stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across LATAM South.
