Syngenta is seeking a Customer Operations & Master Data Specialist in Vicente López, Buenos Aires. You will create and maintain customer master data, process orders in SAP, and ensure accuracy of customer records across LATAM South. You will bridge Commercial, Planning, Logistics, Finance and IT to improve service delivery and data governance.

Responsibilities include validating data, handling orders end-to-end, resolving discrepancies, and driving continuous improvement across the region.

Responsabilités

• Create, maintain and update customer master records in SAP, Salesforce and other approved systems.
• Validate incoming requests for completeness, accuracy and approvals before execution.
• Manage customer orders end-to-end in SAP, ensuring timely delivery and invoicing support.
• Monitor backlog, availability and deliveries, coordinating solutions with Commercial, Planning and Logistics.
• Resolve operational issues and escalations through effective stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to regional operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
