Qualifications

• Advanced student or graduate in Business Administration, Agribusiness, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and analytical judgement.

• Clear written and verbal communication in Spanish and English.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update customer master records in SAP, Salesforce and other systems.
• Validate requests for completeness and approvals following local and global standards.
• Manage customer orders end-to-end in SAP with accurate processing and SLA compliance.
• Monitor backlog, availability and deliveries; coordinate solutions with teams.
• Resolve issues, discrepancies and escalations with stakeholders.
• Contribute to regional operational reviews and continuous improvement.
