Syngenta in Vicente López, Buenos Aires, seeks a Customer Operations & Master Data Specialist to support reliable operations and master data management across LATAM South. The role interfaces with Commercial, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, IT and customers to ensure accurate records and timely processing of orders.

The ideal candidate will help govern master data, improve service delivery and turn operational data into actionable insights for the region.

Responsibilities

• Create, maintain and update customer master records in SAP, Salesforce and other approved systems, including addresses and tax details.
• Validate incoming requests for completeness and approvals per local requirements and data standards.
• Manage customer orders end-to-end in SAP with accurate processing and SLA compliance.
• Monitor backlog, availability and deliveries, coordinating with Commercial, Planning and Logistics.
• Resolve operational issues and escalations through effective stakeholder communication.
• Contribute to regional operational reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
