Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar functional analysis role.
• Strong knowledge of Market Risk concepts, processes, and related financial products.
• Experience with Value at Risk (VaR) and Stress Testing.
• Ability to analyze, define, and structure complex business requirements.
• Experience working with software development teams in Agile environments.
• English level: Upper-intermediate to advanced (minimum B2).
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate business needs into development requirements.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Collaborate with US-based stakeholders to understand needs and objectives.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specifications and user stories.
• Define and prioritize tasks for development teams.
• Support technical teams with clarification on functional requirements.
