Job summary

Talan seeks an experienced Business Analyst to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You will gather requirements, translate them into specifications, and work with US-based stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of high-quality solutions.

The role requires strong English, effective communication, and collaboration with development teams in an international, multicultural setting.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of Market Risk concepts and related financial products.
• Experience with Value at Risk (VaR) and Stress Testing.
• Proven ability to translate business needs into actionable requirements.
• Experience collaborating with software teams in Agile environments.
• Upper-intermediate to advanced English (minimum B2) for US-stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate requirements into detailed functional specs and user stories.
• Define, refine, and prioritize tasks for development teams.
• Support technical teams during implementation with clarifications on functional requirements.
• Validate delivered solutions against business expectations.
• Monitor requirements and resolve functional queries throughout the project.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
