Bluelight is a leading software consultancy seeking a Business Analyst to translate client problems into clear, buildable requirements. You will sit between clients, product teams, and engineers: running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring delivered work solves the intended problem.

You'll collaborate on client builds and internal products, scope and estimate new projects, and ensure compliance considerations are captured early.

Formación

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role on software projects.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops with clients and internal teams to understand goals, current workflows, and pain points.
