Bluelightconsulting is seeking a Business Analyst to turn business problems into clear, buildable requirements. You’ll sit between clients, our product team, and engineers: running discovery, mapping processes, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and ensuring what we ship solves the problem.

You’ll work across client builds, maintenance engagements, and Bluelight's internal products, playing a key role in scoping and estimation. 3+ years in a BA role and strong English are required.

Formación

• 3+ years as a Business Analyst or similar on software projects.
• Proven ability to write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Experience leading discovery sessions and translating input into requirements.
• Strong process mapping and data modeling at a business level.
• Experience with Jira; familiarity with API/integration discussions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead stakeholder interviews and workshops to capture goals, workflows, and pain points.
• Document current-state and future-state processes, rules and data definitions.
• Break scope into epics and stories to support project sizing and estimation.
• Identify assumptions, risks, dependencies, and open questions early.
• Write clear user stories with testable acceptance criteria in Jira.
• Collaborate with Product Manager to prioritize and groom the backlog.
• Coordinate with UI/UX in Figma to ensure flows match requirements.
• Answer engineering questions during the sprint and keep requirements current.
• Work with QA to ensure acceptance criteria translate into test coverage.
• Support sprint demos and user acceptance testing with clients.
• Organize requirements docs in Google Drive for easy access.
• Capture compliance, security, SOC 2 requirements explicitly.
• Act as a trusted contact for clients on scope questions.
• Translate business and technical language clearly in both directions.
• Highlight scope changes early and explain trade-offs.
