PwC Argentina’s Acceleration Center Buenos Aires seeks an Associate to support mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. You’ll contribute to deal integration, value realization, and financial analysis while growing your skills with global teams across Advisory, Assurance, Tax and Business Services.

You’ll engage with clients, manage stakeholders, and help deliver value through connected collaboration and hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 1 year of experience.
• English oral and written proficiency required.

As a Deals Delivering Deals Value Associate, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring, helping them navigate complex transactions and maximize the value of their business deals. Within our Deals practice, you will focus on deal integration and value realization, financial analysis, and developing strategies for post‑merger integration. As an Associate, you will contribute to client engagements and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients, learning how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
