Job summary

Celebrity Cruises is seeking a Front Desk/Concierge professional to deliver exceptional guest experiences aboard our ships. The role emphasizes VIP care, loyalty programs, and flawless event coordination for groups of 80+ guests.

You will handle guest concerns with tact and professionalism, maintain pristine concierge lounges and spaces, and stay informed about onboard amenities and voyage details to tailor services for our guests.

Qualifications

• Ability to speak English clearly, cordially with guests.
• 2-3 years background as Front Desk/Receptionist in a 4 or 5* Hotel.
• Experience handling events with 80+ guests.

Responsibilities

• Acts as primary contact for guests, especially VIPs, Loyalty, Groups and Concierge Class, coordinating seamless execution of events.
• Responds to escalated guest concerns in a premium, professional manner with empathy.
• Maintains the Concierge lounge, Loyalty Spaces, conference rooms and related materials in a luxury environment.
• Maintains comprehensive knowledge of brand features, ship information, guest preferences and services.
• Coordinates guests’ special requests (transportation, reservations, activities, spa, shore excursions, etc.).
• Leads by example, maintains calm and order, greets guests and crew, upholds WAYs standards and ownership.
