Job summary

Ascend is seeking a Concierge Manager for remote leadership of Client Service, Ticketing, and Trip Fulfillment. You will lead Team Leads, own shift operations, and ensure five-star client experiences across bookings and communications.

You bring 4+ years in luxury travel or high-touch service, 2+ years in leadership, and a data-driven mindset. Expect collaboration with Product and Operations to scale Ascend globally while maintaining quality.

Qualifications

4+ years in luxury travel, hospitality, or high-touch service operations.
2+ years in a leadership or management role with coaching responsibilities.
Strong Sabre GDS proficiency with fare rules, routing, and ticketing.
Data-driven leadership using metrics to drive change and set standards.
Excellent written and verbal communication; coach with clarity.
Composure under pressure in fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop 3 Team Leads across core functions.
Own shift operations with real-time decisions and priorities.
Ensure 95%+ SLA adherence and 98%+ data accuracy.
Deliver end-to-end client experiences for all bookings and follow-ups.
Drive process improvements (2+ per month) and partner with cross-functional teams.
Collaborate with Product, Operations, and Leadership to scale Ascend globally.
