Huzzle invites an experienced retention marketing strategist to own lifecycle marketing for a portfolio of high-growth eCommerce brands. You will drive repeat purchases and maximize customer lifetime value using Klaviyo and SMS channels, translating data into high-converting copy and strategic client roadmaps.

You will lead campaigns, automate flows, and collaborate cross-functionally to deliver impactful results in a remote, AI-enabled agency environment.

Formación

• 3-5+ years in retention, lifecycle, or CRM marketing within DTC eCommerce or agency space.

Responsabilidades

• Design and manage comprehensive monthly email and SMS campaign calendars across a diverse portfolio of eCommerce brands
• Write high-converting, brand-aligned copy for campaigns and automated flows
• Audit and refine automation systems to improve lifecycle performance
• Translate performance metrics into actionable insights for clients and leadership
• Lead strategy calls and act as trusted advisor for retention growth and account health
• Collaborate with designers, implementers, and paid media teams for cohesive brand experience
• Leverage AI tools and segmentation to deliver hyper-personalized customer experiences
