Gbs Group is seeking a Level 2 Tax & Accounting Support Specialist to provide expert US accounting, tax, bookkeeping, and payroll support. This remote role requires genuine technical accounting judgment, strong problem-solving, and the ability to work across time zones.

Schedule covers 8:00 AM-8:00 PM Eastern Time with shifts overlapping US hours. You will investigate issues, coordinate with internal specialists, and help improve workflows while learning proprietary platforms.

Formación

• Experience with US accounting and taxation.
• Strong English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to investigate and resolve complex inquiries.
• Familiarity with payroll and tax processing software.

Responsabilidades

• Provide specialized Level 2 support for complex US accounting, tax and payroll inquiries.
• Investigate and resolve escalated accounting and tax tickets.
• Review bookkeeping discrepancies and reconciliations.
• Explain complex topics to customers clearly and professionally.
• Document resolutions and maintain accurate customer records.
• Adapt to new internal systems and AI-assisted workflows.
