Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Learning & Development, PM, or related fields.
• 4+ years of relevant experience independently managing projects or initiatives of moderate complexity.

Responsibilities

• Own assigned learning projects of varying complexity, driving plans, timelines, milestones, dependencies, risks, and readiness.
• Serve as primary project contact, coordinating with stakeholders to support alignment, approvals, and execution.
• Lead project coordination activities, including meetings, action tracking, and follow-up on decisions.
• Track readiness of learning materials and coordinate reviews/approvals with Legal, Communications and others.
• Define learner engagement and communication requirements with Learner Engagement for clear, documented deliverables.
• Communicate learner-facing and operational impacts to prepare teams for launches and activities.
• Provide project health, workload and risk visibility; escalate major decisions and scope changes to leadership.
