Job summary

Devconnectplatform in LATAM-based, fully remote role to own how work moves through the product from field capture to reporting. You’ll map workflows, identify friction, and redesign flows with a focus on process rather than visuals, collaborating with a second designer on the team.

You’ll document logic and edge cases for engineering, design offline and retry states for unreliable connectivity, prototype in Figma, run quick usability tests, and provide annotated specs for builders.

Qualifications

• Experience designing complex, multi-step workflows for B2B SaaS products.
• Portfolio showing end-to-end workflow mapping, problem to logic to final outcomes.
• Systems thinking: states, branches, permissions, errors, and edge cases.
• Clear flow documentation and specs engineers can build from.
• Strong Figma for mapping, prototyping, and handoff.
• AI fluency: using tools to move through options faster.
• Accessibility basics: contrast, tap targets, focus order.

Responsibilities

• Map property management workflows end to end from field capture to report.
• Redesign flows to reduce steps and improve usability.
• Write logic, branches, and edge cases for flows so engineers can implement.
• Design offline and retry states for signal loss.
• Prototype in Figma and validate with quick usability runs.
• Provide annotated specs (states, rules, microcopy) for builders.
• Review builds, log issues, and verify fixes before sign‑off.
