Job summary

Amgen seeks a Value and Access Senior Manager for LATAM to join the Global Operational Pricing team, focusing on LATAM affiliates and distributor markets. You will tailor HTA and reimbursement strategy and drive seamless launch execution to optimize patient access and pricing.

The role requires advanced English, a doctoral/master/bachelor degree with 8+ years in market access/HEOR/marketing, and collaboration with IAS, HEOR, Supply, Legal, Marketing, and Medical teams across LATAM.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of Market access and/or HEOR and/or Marketing experience.
• Master’s degree and 6 years of Market access and/or HEOR and/or Marketing experience.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of Market access and/or HEOR and/or Marketing experience.
• Advanced English is a mandatory requirement and will be assessed during the interview.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional pricing and access strategies for LATAM affiliates.
• Lead dossier governance and align with global strategy.
• Support affiliates with payer engagement and negotiation processes.
• Collaborate to drive price governance across LATAM region.
