Job summary

Amgen LATAM is seeking a Global Value & Access Senior Manager (Flexible Location: Argentina, Colombia, Mexico City) to lead pricing governance and market access initiatives across LATAM.

The role collaborates with IAS, HEOR, Supply, Legal, Marketing and Medical to tailor HTA and reimbursement strategies, drive launch excellence, and optimize patient access while ensuring global consistency in pricing policies.

Qualifications

• Doctorate degree and 4+ years of market access/HEOR/marketing experience.
• Advanced English is a mandatory requirement for this position.
• Extensive knowledge of payer and government landscape in LATAM desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead pricing governance and HTA strategy for LATAM affiliates and markets.
• Collaborate with regional and local teams to tailor access and pricing strategies for launches and in-line brands.
• Support policy and payer engagement initiatives and regional/global pricing governance.
• Forecasting input and risk assessment for IRP and cross-border pricing.
• Drive regional VA&P capabilities and share best practices across affiliates.
