EY in Esquel, Argentina, seeks an Associate to support the execution and coordination of multiple initiatives within the Tax Operations BA team. You will help ensure effective planning, organization, and follow-up of activities while collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality service.

Formación

• Strong understanding of project management principles and coordination practices.
• Experience coordinating events, operations, or similar roles with end-to-end delivery.
• Excellent stakeholder management and clear communication across teams.
• Ability to juggle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic setting.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, coordination, and execution of multiple projects and initiatives to ensure timely completion.
• Track tasks, timelines, and items, providing updates and escalating issues as needed.
• Coordinate leadership events (on-site and off-site) including logistics and vendor coordination.
• Assist in coordinating global visits to ensure a seamless experience for visitors.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate updates.
• Support procurement and vendor activities following internal processes.
• Maintain documentation, trackers, and reports for project management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to increase efficiency and service quality.
• Provide operational support and assist with ad hoc activities as required.
