Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join its global SAM team, focusing on LATAM and international regions. The role involves managing a large software portfolio, licensing, compliance, and optimization in a multivendor environment.

You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering teams and publishers to support licensing decisions, renewals, and audits, with strong English and Spanish and a detail-oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with licensing and ITAM responsibilities.
• Understanding of node-locked, concurrent, named-user and cloud licenses.
• Experience across a broad software portfolio with many publishers.
• Experience with entitlements, renewals, compliance and audits.
• Ability to manage high volumes and prioritize deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle with accuracy.
• Interpret licensing terms, metrics and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain software asset and entitlement records including purchasing data.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and cost optimization.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and publishers.
