Job summary

WSP is seeking a Software Asset Management Specialist to join its global SAM team, managing a large software portfolio across Latin America and other regions. You will collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and publishers to ensure accurate licensing decisions and timely service delivery.

The role reports to the SAM Hub Leader and requires hands-on SAM expertise, knowledge of licensing models, strong analytics, and the ability to work in a high-volume environment while improving

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAM experience with software licensing.
• Knowledge of licensing models: node-locked, concurrent/floating, named-user, cloud/SaaS.
• Ability to manage a broad software portfolio and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage software licensing requests across full lifecycle.
• Interpret licensing terms and entitlements across publishers.
• Maintain accurate software asset and entitlement records.
• Coordinate renewals, reallocations and optimization activities.
• Support license compliance, audits and reporting, cost optimization.
• Collaborate with IT, Procurement, Finance, Engineering and vendors.
