Salesforce's BDA Program in LATAM invites you to join a dynamic team focused on growth in the region. As a Business Development Associate, you will gain hands-on experience in prospecting, lead qualification, and understanding the sales cycle, with opportunities to advance into Sales Development roles.

You'll work with partners, SDRs, and account executives, learning to target prospects, conduct live demos, and use Salesforce tools to drive pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with graduation between July/2027 and December/2027.
• Intermediate English language proficiency.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Enthusiasm for building a career in sales and technology.
• Ability to work in a team and be self-motivated.
• Previous internship or work experience in sales or customer service is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Qualify partner leads and manage handover to consultants for progression.
• Qualify inbound leads from campaigns, events, and site traffic.
• Conduct outbound prospecting including cold calls and emails.
• Collaborate with SDRs and Account Executives to schedule discovery meetings.
• Research target accounts and develop personalized outreach strategies.
• Participate in training sessions and shadowing to learn best practices.
• Track activity in Salesforce and follow up to drive conversions.
• Utilize Salesforce AI tools to streamline workflows and demonstrate value.
