Job summary

Marathon Talent is seeking a Product Operations Manager to lead our core operations across Latin America, overseeing Support, Product Operations, and Payments. You will manage a team of operations leads and analysts, driving optimization and automation to scale with partners and volume.

You will work with cross-functional teams in Mexico, Colombia, Peru and Chile, defining KPIs and SLAs, and ensuring reliable, efficient operations that support growth and risk management.

Qualifications

• Proven track record scaling customer support, payments, or product operations at scale.
• Strong people leadership with coaching and accountability.
• Experience operating across multiple Latin American countries.
• Data-driven, KPI-focused with dashboard usage.
• Excellent communication with stakeholders at all levels; fluent Spanish and professional English.
• 6-10 years’ ops exp in fintech/payments or high-growth tech; 2+ years leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the operations leads, analysts, and interns across Support, Payments, and Product Ops.
• Be a core member of the leadership Product Org shaping strategy across regions.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive end-to-end optimization using data.
• Own performance across Mexico, Colombia, Peru, and Chile with SLAs and costs.
• Define and track KPIs and translate into team priorities.
• Scale operations with capacity planning and staffing models.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives to increase operating leverage.
• Coordinate with Risk, Legal, Finance to strengthen controls.
• Translate operational pain points into product requirements.
• Report operational health to leadership.
