Job summary

Testing Site - JPMC in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking a Payments Operations Analyst to support LATAM operations across Brazil, Mexico, Colombia, Chile and Argentina. You’ll manage daily payment routines, reference data, and SLA adherence.

The role requires advanced students or graduates in business-related fields, 2+ years in payments operations, fluent Spanish and advanced English, and strong Excel and data handling skills.

Qualifications

• Advanced student or graduate in Business, Administration, Information Systems, or related fields.
• 2+ years’ experience in payments operations or related functions (Payments, Collections, Reconciliation, Tax, Control).
• Fluent Spanish and advanced English.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to prioritize under pressure.
• Proficient in MS Office (advanced Excel) and operational data handling.

Responsibilities

• Execute and control end-to-end daily payment routines, meeting SLAs.
• Manage reference data: account setup, closure, maintenance; block/unblock accounts.
• Monitor and reconcile payments and balances; troubleshoot and elevate exceptions as needed.
• Produce and analyze periodic metrics and reports to surface performance and opportunities.
• Keep SOPs updated; map "as-is"
• Partner closely with Product, Implementation, Customer Service, Sales, and other Operations on client requests.
• Propose process improvements focused on efficiency, control, and client experience.
