Payoneer in Buenos Aires is seeking a Principal Product Manager to own LATAM product strategy, translating regional goals into concrete roadmaps and partnering with central Product, Engineering, Compliance, Operations and GTM to grow Payoneer in the region.

You will be the voice of LATAM customers, run discovery with pilots, and influence cross-functional teams in a complex matrix. This senior role requires deep cross-border payments expertise and a data-driven mindset.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience in fintech / cross-border payments.
• Deep understanding of money movement: collections, payouts, virtual accounts, FX, reconciliation.
• Strong command of LATAM market dynamics and local rails, tax/regulatory context.
• Proven ability to influence across a matrix to drive outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own LATAM product strategy end-to-end and regional roadmap.
• Translate regional needs into clear requirements and milestones.
• Run discovery with customers through interviews and pilots to inform decisions.
• Partner with central Product, Engineering, Banking & Treasury, Compliance, and Ops for regional rails (PIX, SPEI/TEF, virtual accounts, FX).
• Be the single product point-of-contact for LATAM GTM and source pilot customers.
