Job summary

Marathon Talent is seeking a Product Operations Manager to lead our Customer Support, Product Operations, and Payments operations across Latin America. You will guide a team of operations leads and analysts, shaping the product and geo expansion while driving end-to-end optimization using data.

Fluency in Spanish and professional English, 6–10 years in fintech/finance ops, and prior experience leading cross-country teams are required.

Qualifications

• Proven track record running customer support, payments, or Product Operations at scale.
• People leader who hires, coaches, and develops leads and sets clear priorities.
• Experience operating across multiple countries in Latin America.
• Data-driven with KPI definition, dashboards, and data-informed decisions.
• Excellent communicator with stakeholders at all levels.
• 6–10 years in operations at fintech/payments/high-growth tech, with at least 2 years leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the company customer support, payments, and product operations, managing and developing a team of operations leads, analysts, and interns.
• Join the core leadership Product Org team, helping shape product strategy and geo expansion.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive end-to-end optimization initiatives using data.
• Own end-to-end operational performance across LATAM markets including SLA, quality, and cost per operation.
• Define and track KPIs and translate them into team priorities.
• Scale operations with product through capacity planning and staffing models.
• Drive automation and AI initiatives to increase operating leverage per team member.
• Strengthen operational controls and QA in partnership with Risk, Legal, and Finance.
• Act as operations partner for Product, Engineering, Growth, and Risk, translating pain points into product requirements.
• Manage escalations with partners and internal teams and report health to leadership.
