Job summary

Payoneer Inc. in Buenos Aires, Argentina, is seeking Customer Champions to own the CMS experience for Latin America, guiding onboarding, payments, and payouts across the region in a collaborative, cross-functional team.

You will partner with Payments, Finance, Product and Engineering to resolve escalations, improve processes, and build Spanish and Portuguese help content, contributing to higher CSAT and faster time-to-payment.

Qualifications

• 5-6 years in Customer Experience, Customer Success or Account Management.

Responsibilities

• Own CMS end-to-end experience for Contractor Management clients across LATAM.
• Map and improve the CMS journey from client setup to first payment.
• Be the trusted contact for client, Finance and Operations teams managing contractors on the platform.
• Lead contractor onboarding from setup and documentation through first payment.
• Coordinate with Payments and Finance on contractor invoicing and payouts against due dates.
• Act as the single point of contact for contractor payment issues, owning investigations and resolutions.
• Guide clients and contractors through local payout methods and FX considerations across the region.
