Emerson is seeking a Business Development Manager - Level Solutions to drive growth of its level measurement portfolio across Latin America. You will identify and convert new opportunities in level solutions, process instrumentation, and tank gauging systems.

You will act as a technical-commercial specialist, support technical discussions, and lead demonstrations. The role requires travel across Latin America, fluency in Spanish/Portuguese, and advanced English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience in technical sales, business development or strategic account management in industrial markets.
• Knowledge of industrial automation, process instrumentation, or related technologies.
• Fluent Spanish and/or Portuguese; advanced English.

Responsabilités

• Identify, create, and develop new business opportunities for level solutions across Latin America.
• Act as a technical-commercial specialist for customers, supporting technical discussions and demonstrations.
• Conduct assessments, product testing, and qualification processes for solution applications.
• Independently manage commercial opportunities from identification through PO acquisition.
• Partner with Account Managers to accelerate growth within strategic accounts.
