Eaton is seeking a LatAm R&D Manager to lead regional R&D and Engineering across Latin America, driving product localization, cost reduction, and manufacturing innovation. This leadership role spans multiple countries, with 50% travel and reporting to the LATAM Operations Director.

You will build capabilities, standardize processes, and partner with Supply Chain, Quality, and Plant Managers to enable localization and growth while complying with Eaton standards and local regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 7+ years in engineering/R&D with at least 5 years in people leadership.
• Advanced English and Spanish proficiency.
• Experience in multi-country manufacturing environments (preferred).

Aufgaben

• Lead LATAM R&D and Engineering org across LATAM.
• Drive localization, cost reduction, manufacturing innovation.
• Oversee Capex projects and PM across plants.
• Develop talent and coach regional engineers.
• Ensure compliance with Eaton standards and local regs.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Quality and Plant Managers.
