Job summary

You will work with Payments, Finance and Product to streamline workflows, improve CSAT, and deliver multilingual CMS content in Spanish and Portuguese. Fluency in Spanish and English is required; Portuguese is a strong plus.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years in Customer Experience, CS or Account Management.
• Experience in contractor management or B2B SaaS payments.
• Strong LATAM payment rails knowledge.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a plus.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end CMS client experience across LATAM.
• Map and improve onboarding and payouts for contractors.
• Coordinate with Payments and Finance on invoicing and payout timelines.
• Own CMS escalations with timely updates and resolutions.
• Develop CMS help content in Spanish and Portuguese.
