Citi is seeking a Client Onboard Analyst to support quick onboarding and smooth account openings for clients in Argentina. The role focuses on KYC diligence, document verification, and cross-functional collaboration with Legal, Tax, and Accounts teams.

The candidate should have 2+ years of relevant experience, bilingual English/Spanish, and a Bachelor's degree. This is a full-time position requiring strong communication and risk awareness.

Formación

• Bilingual English and Spanish and/or Portuguese.
• Self-motivated and proactive with process improvement mindset.
• Extremely detail oriented; strong communication and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure quick, seamless onboarding and account opening experience for clients.
• Onboard new client relationships and additional members via KYC due diligence.
• Perform client documentation searches and compile client profiles.
• Initiate legal negotiations and monitor progress with stakeholders.
• Ensure all documentation received is current, accurate and complete.
• Collaborate with Account Opening, Tax, Legal, Credit and product partners for efficient processing.
• Provide top-level customer service and teamwork with internal partners until requests are completed.
• Continuously analyze onboarding processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
• Engage with technology to design, build, and test new or updated applications.
• Assess risk in business decisions, safeguarding Citi's reputation and assets, escalating issues when needed.
