J.P. Morgan is seeking an experienced KYC/AML specialist in Argentina to manage client and partner expectations and ensure deliverables are met.

You will own the KYC/AML client experience, escalate issues, and mitigate operational risk with a consultative, client-focused approach. The role requires strong communication, analytical skills, and a proactive mindset to drive timely portfolio management while maintaining quality standards.

Formación

• Ability to properly identify AML risks and apply policy concepts
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience in financial services
• Working knowledge of risk factors that may impact specific products and industries
• Ability to multi-task effectively and leverage internal resources
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong client focus and ability to partner with various internal groups
• Independent, self-motivated with an ability to adapt in a team environment
• Previous credit training or underwriting experience
• Ability to navigate client relationships and product usage

Responsabilidades

• Manage client and partner expectations in a consultative way
• Own KYC/AML experience and client experience
• Ensure KYC/AML deliverables are met and hold internal partners accountable
• Understand KYC/AML processes and drive through delays and inefficiencies
• Manage operational risk with awareness of process risks
• Escalate risk items and drive issues to closure
• Support banker in client selection process to manage client risk
• Renewal cycle of Due Diligence Forms with Relationship Management Partnership
• Accountable for timely portfolio management while maintaining quality expectations
