Citi is seeking a Client Onboard Analyst in Argentina to help ensure quick and seamless onboarding and account openings for clients. You will conduct KYC due diligence, gather and verify documentation, and work with multiple partners to keep processes compliant and efficient.

The role emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to manage several tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Bilingual: English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Detail-oriented and proactive with strong teamwork.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work under pressure.
• Interest in operations and compliance.
• 2+ years of experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new client relationships and conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) due diligence using Citi onboarding applications.
• Perform client documentation searches and compile client profiles.
• Initiate legal negotiations and monitor progress with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Account Opening, Tax, Legal, Credit and other product partners to ensure efficient processing.
• Provide high level customer service and collaborate with Markets Sales teams until requests are completed.
• Engage with technology to design, build, and test onboarding applications.
